Applying methods and tools

This category of learning objectives is on the bachelor level defines as students being able to apply the scientific methodologies and tools of one or more subject areas as well as apply general skills related to work within the subject area(s).

On a master level the student must master the scientific methodologies and tools of the subject area(s) as well as master general skills related to work within the subject area(s). 

Types of exam which are suitable for evaluating this learning target:

• Written invigilated exam without aids (short or long)
• Written invigilated exam with aids (short or long)
• Written paper
• Logs
• Internship report
• Oral exam/Viva with preparation without aids
• Oral exam/Viva with preparation and aids
• Student presentations
• Objective structured clinical exam
• Practical test
• Active participation
• Oral presentation based on synopsis
• Written paper with oral defence
• Portfolio and oral exam
• Project exam

 Types of exam which are only moderately suitable for evaluating this learning target:

• Portfolio
• Oral exam/Viva without preparation
